Private Lessons on Guitar or Harp Guitar Lessons by Paul Hicks Paul has been teaching guitar lessons in the Birmingham ,Alabama, area for 30 years. He has been the guitar instructor at the Alabama School of Fine Arts for over 20 years. Paul teaches a method that includes reading standard music notation, tablature, chords and theory. You will learn primarily classical technique, which lends itself to also playing fingerpicking, folk style, blues or flamenco. Lessons will be preferably on a nylon string or acoustic steel string guitar. If you are interested in your child attending the Alabama School of Fine Arts ,this would be a great start.
